| Am I buying real brand name cigarettes? |

| Currently we are shipping every 3 business days and as our order volume grows we will start shipping every day. Our shipping is very accurate and really fast. Tracking numbers will be provided and you will be able to see order status not only on our web site, but also shipping carrier sites such as USPS, La Poste, Poste Italiane, Deutsche Post and more... For example, orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Thursday morning and it will take around 7 business days for delivery of your order. In rare occasions, delivery time can take up to 20 business days (4 weeks). Customer can receive refund if product is not received within 20 business days from shipping date (not purchase date) and there no information on postal carrier web site associated with issued tracking number or no tracking number at all. |

| At this time, we only accept online orders. We hope to give you more ordering options in the future. We guarantee that all of your personal information will be kept confidential when you order from us online. We used gateway located in Luxemburg to secure your confidentiality when you order. We do not require that you create an account to order and the shipping company which we use will not receive your financial information. We do not store your financial information in our system unless you request it and if you do, that information is encrypted using our own unique encryption methodology. Even our employees and admin staff don’t have access to your information. |

| How long will it take to receive my order? |

Usually We ship almost immediately, but right now our shipping facility processing and shipping orders every 3 days and as our volume of orders grows, we will be shipping every order within 24 hours from purchase. Shipping can take up to 10 business days (in most cases it’s 1 week) to receive your order.
Remember that we ship in increments of 1-3 cartons. If you order more than 3, it is possible that you will receive those in more than one shipping order. For example, if you order 6 cartons, you may get 3 on one day and the remaining 3 a day or two later. If you have not received all of your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us to find out the status. |

| How do I track my order? |

Tracking numbers will be available upon request. Once your order is shipped from Ukraine, we will issue tracking number. You will be able to go to USPS.com and track your package(s).
When you go to USPS.com web site, enter your tracking number and system responds with "there is no record for this item", it means that package has not been scanned in NY international sorting facility yet and it is in transit. Once your package is scanned in NY, you will see different response from USPS system and it normally takes 1 day or so to get it to you from NY.
